Boxmill was formed in 2003 to provide project, construction and development management services for major institutional investors, landowners and developers including Scottish Widows, Standard Life, Blackrock, Mapeley, Chelsfield plc, F&C, Grange Hotels and Glebe.
We possess 30 years expert knowledge and experience, managing major construction projects in London up to £120 million and totalling over £1 billion.
Today our main focus is assembling and managing commercially successful real estate development ventures with the support of private investors and joint venture partners and a highly qualified team of professional advisors, designers, contractors and suppliers.
We create inspirational and innovatively designed prime quality schemes in central and south west London, delivering excellent returns to satisfied investors and delighting end users.
